INFO/TERMS OF USE

RULES AND TERMS FOR USING OUR ACCOMMODATION SERVICES

Majoituspalvelu Nurmi Oy is the service provider. Service provider uses these booking conditions. These conditions bind both party to commit following instructions. These conditions take effect when customer makes reservation to our services.

BOOKING AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

  • To make a reservation, you have to be at legal state and age of 18 years.
  • Minors using our services without supervisor requires written consent from legal guardian.
  • Customer gets accommodation info and instructions about the key to apartment when makes reservation. In Online-reservations the info is send to e-mail.
  • Customer has to be prepared to show receipt of the payment if necessary when arriving.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Must always be done at least 24 hours before reservation starts by phone or e-mail directly to service provider. If not cancelled on time the whole price will be charged.
  • Service provider can cancel the reservation during force majeure. In this situation service provider must contact customer immediately and return the whole payment. Service provider does not substitute additional payments to customer if reason of cancellation is force majeure.
  • Service provider has right to cancel reservation, if customer does not pay the accommodation by due date of payment.

KEY POLICY

  • Keys to accommodation is handed to customer from our office or when pre-payed, will be directly delivered to accommodation on time.
  • If customer loses the key, service provider will charge the price of new key from customer.

HOUSE RULES AND INFO

  • Reservation starts at 15.00 on arriving day and ends on 12.00 on departing day.
  • Price entitles free access and use of apartment as agreed in other terms.
  • Accommodation service includes furnitures, tableware, bedclothes, linen, towels, heating, water, electricity and waste management.
  • Houseware includes dishwashing detergent, hand soap, 2 rolls of toaletpaper, 1 roll of paper towel and seat covers for sauna. Parchment paper and folio paper does not include.
  • If customer uses other beds for sleeping than witch are covered for use by linen, we charge laundry fee for having them cleaned, minimum charge is 80 €.
  • Customer is obligated to keep the house tidy and ´clean the apartment on departure day as instructed in INFO-file. Read the INFO-file carefully in apartment when arriving.
  • If customer leaves house keys inside the apartment and needs the door opened, door opening fee is 50 € on monday to friday between 07.00-20.00 and 100 € on saturday, sunday, bank holidays and night time ( 20.00-07.00).

SMOKING AND PETS

  • No smoking inside the apartments. Smoking is allowed outside in smoking areas.
  • No pets allowed.

CLEANING SERVICE AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES

  • Price includes cleaning service after accommodation. Apartment has to be pre-cleaned by customer as instructed on INFO-file. Please let us know if something is broken or damaged before you leave. Furniture and other equipment has to be intact, trash bags taken to garbage bin outside the house, linen and towels taken to laundry basket, dishes put in dish washer and washing program turned on. We empty the washer, do the laundry and do the heavy cleaning.
  • If the apartment isn`t cleaned properly or there has been smoking inside the house, we charge for extra cleaning, minimum 80 €.

HOT TUBS, SWIMMING POOLS, ELECTRIC CARS

  • All sorts of hot tubs and swimming pools of your own or rented from the outsiders is forbidden. You can rent a hot tub from us to most of our accommodations.
  • Loading your electric car from our power grid is forbidden.

AMOUNT OF PERSONS

  • Accommodation is only to use for the amount of persons informed to stay. Using of extra beds will be charged 100 % as listed/person.
  • Use of a tent, caravan and motorhome on property is forbidden without permission.

ANNOTATIONS

  • Customer is obligated to annotate us for any lacks or damages in apartment and services, so we can notice, help, fix and correct them as soon as possible.

DISTURBANCE

  • If customer is disturbing neighbours or is otherwise breaking the house rules, and the behaviour continues after warning, service provider has the right to end the accommodation contract immediately. Customer will be charged for the possible expences.
  • Service provider is not responsible to pay compensation for financial loss caused by nature, insects, weather, constructional works on neighbourhood, or inconveniences caused by third parties (like building owners, water suppliers, electricity suppliers etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Service provider is not responsible for damages or injurys to customer, witch could not been seen or prevented even with caution.
  • Service provider must inform the customer immediately for delays or insurmountable obstacles for accommodation (force majeure) and try to minimize the financial losses and inconveniences to customer.
  • Customer is responsible to read and follow the instructions for accommodation and is responsible for own actions and damages to apartment, neighbourhood and third parties. Customer is obligated to pay for the damages at apartment directly to service provider.
  • Service provider is not responsible for misprints, or changes to terms after printing. The right to change the terms and prices is reserved.
